Terms and Conditions Culebra Ferry / Vieques Ferry

The main purpose of the web is facilitate our tourists/guest the ferry tickets process. We want them to arrive to the Hotels or places our beautifull island. Ferry ticket cost is $2-$2.25, we add a fee for handling, envelope and to maintenance this website, it is a usefull site to check a lot of things to do while you are in Puerto Rico for the transaction. Fee can vary depending on multiple factors. Pick up location is 5 minutes from San Juan Airport, you will get details in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for schedule changes.

Thanks for reaching our web for Culebra ferry and Vieques ferry tickets. We are not associated with the ferries and hence are not responsible if the ferries run late or not at all. In such cases Ferries Company will honor your tickets on the next available ferry or give you a refund for the ticket. We just take a fee to maintain this web and envelope, handling factors, we do not resell any ticket, we just try to proceed your request.

We will attempt to get your tickets at the Ferry ticket office. If the time that you requested for the ferry ticket is not avaliable, we wiil buy the next avaliable time for that specific day requested.

If we are unable to get tickets for the specified dates, we will refund 100% of your money through paypal which is the safest way to pay and refund.

For example, if you requested Ceiba-Vieques for 6.30 am and there are no tickets, we will buy them for 11 a.m. After your purchase, If you do not get any paypal refund or email from us withing 3-5 working days, that means YES, we got your ferry tickets.

You will get an email once we get your tickets with instructions for pick up next to San Juan Airport. (5 minutes)

There are NO refunds for purchased tickets (nor the fee).
